Long-term Team Experience
Owners, Darin Van Dorn and John Palleschi each have over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry. John and Darin previously owned individual companies before forming VP Electric LLC together. They quickly recognized their distinct strengths and realized an opportunity to put together a highly efficient and productive company. Darin works as the Senior Estimator and Contracts Manager. John is the Operations Manager for all our projects, working to ensure a high level of craftsmanship while meeting all of our customer’s deadlines.
Service Manager, Chad Sunde leads our Service Team with over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. As a State Licensed Supervising Electrician, Chad manages the service crew and handles the scheduling of our large client base. He is responsible for developing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Chad is a key component to the success of VP Electric.
Project Manager, Tawai Marquardt contributes to the VP Electric Team with his 20 years of experience as an electrician and has worked on a number of diverse projects from residential, commercial and industrial. His ability to learn new technology and methods has led him to become certified with Lutron programming, Lutron shades, Generac generators and fiber optic termination.
Accounting Manager, Joanna Palleschi has over 15 years of accounting experience, and has been with VP Electric since its inception. Part of our senior leadership team, Joanna oversees all aspects of VP Electric’s financial success.
Office/HR Manager, Sarah MacInnes comes to VP Electric with an extensive background in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. Former owner of two charter boat businesses, her knowledge and aptitude in business management make her a vital part of the VP team. Sarah oversees all aspects of the daily office operations and the Human Resources Department.
